Our customers are guaranteed the right to withdraw from the contract to purchase a product during 7 working days following delivery of the product, specifying the reasons. Returns will only be accepted with prior permission from the customer service department.
This right is applicable to all of our products, except for digital products (MP3) downloaded from the internet. We regret to inform you that neither can we accept withdrawals of purchases of Audio-CDs whose seals have been broken. Once the merchandise has been received, we will process the refund. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred when returning the products to us. We only cover shipping costs if we made a mistake when processing your order and the request to refund it has been correctly justified in the prescribed time and manner. The invoice should be included in the package, stating the products returned and the reason for their return. After examining the item, we will inform you whether you have the right to a refund for the amount paid for the item/s purchased. Only the amount corresponding to the item/s will be refunded. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any case, within 30 days of the date on which you informed us of your intention to return the item. The refund will be made to the same credit card used to pay for the purchase, in the case of credit card payments, or via bank transfer, for pay on delivery orders, to the account of the person who placed the order or via a discount voucher for future purchases, this information should be sent to the customer via email. Returns of products that are not in the same condition as that in which they were received or that have been used beyond simply opening the product will not be accepted.
